SOME RETURN AS ROSES

SYNOPSIS:

Kashmir, the paradise on earth is known for its natural beauty has given birth to many philosopher, intellectuals and poets of great caliber.

"Some Return As Roses" is a 10 minute documentary film on great poet of Kashmir, Rasul Mir, whose poems still echoes in every nook and corner of Kashmir valley.

Director's note: Rasul Mir was not only a poet but also a philosopher and precepter.Though he died at a very young age he wrote some great and everlasting poems. Many of his poems were real hot love lyrics.

What got me in my head to make a film on Rasul Mir was not only his peoms but also his intrigue life. Hs love with a hindu belle and his death at young age.

I even used first koshur rock song, that's what i caled it.I hope that i have done full justice to the film.
