Suicide Note

The world for me has come to an end,
I have reached the dead end

They say death is end of the life,
But what is use of going on
When there's no one to trust in life

For me world is mere illusion,
Death is the only solution

Pain is my healing,
Suicide is the mercy killing.

16 years

16 years of fears,
16 years of tears,
16 years of crying,
16 years of dying,
16 years full of introgration,
16 years only search operation,
16 years cry for freedom,
16 years of matyrdom.

This poem is about 16 years of turmoil in my native place Kashmir.

WHY by Riyaz Ali

Why this only happen with me
And I always thought let it be,
Always thinking that good times will follow

But pains never leaves me,
It's God which always do
And I blame on my destiny,

Only thing I want to tell everyone
Never trust anyone,
You will be heart broken,
And don't tell me.

This poem was written during my school days. Poem was also published on bookspoetrycorner at NDTV India .

for a few rupees more

SYNOPSIS: Kashmir has always been tourist's delight. From ages, tourists from other part of world visit Kashmir for its bewitching beauty.
But for last few years, this tourist's delight has become another Dubai & Saudi Arabia for the migrant labour from other part of India.

"For Few Rupees More" is a documentary film, which tell us about these labours who come from different parts of India and are slowly becoming part of Kashmir & taking most of unskilled & skilled labour.

Director’s note: “For Few Rupees More” is documentary which tells us about these labours whom you can find in every nook & corner of Kashmir. There are many migrant labours I personally know who have help in making this film.

The film is more of MTV style & fact is I was inspired from few of the promos of MTV which have shown labour class in there promos.I even experiment with music by playing music in backward.
